We are proud to have been awarded a contract by Dorset Council to deliver NHS Health Checks as part of the Provision of Community Health Improvement Services. This appointment, awarded through a Direct Award Process under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023, enables us to provide NHS Health Checks to local communities on behalf of Dorset Council and its partner authorities. Our service is delivered in accordance with the Council's quality standards and is committed to improving public health by helping residents identify and reduce their risk of preventable conditions such as heart disease, stroke, diabetes, and kidney disease.
Devon – Live-in Care, Complex Care & Trusted Assessor Framework
We are delighted to have been successfully appointed to the Devon Live-in Care (All Ages), Complex Care (All Ages), and Trusted Assessor Framework. This four-year framework recognises our ability to deliver high-quality, person-centred care services in line with the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023.
